The brave little island once created by the Greek God Poseidon is not yet spoiled nor overrun by mass tourism simply because there is nothing to find in mass entertainment.
In Greek mythology, Poseidon is the god of water, sea, horses and earthquakes. He is one of the Olympic gods and the brother of the supreme god Zeus. The god is known for his stiff character and for the trident (trident) he always holds in his hand. The trident he gets from the cyclops (one-eyed giants) and is therefore the symbol of Paxos. Incidentally, the Roman equivalent of the deity is Neptune.
