Heavy downpour rain makes the dike road along the city's inner harbour Piushaven mirroring. The sharp evening backlight makes it even more dramatic. A typical shower cityscape scene in Spring. I photographed the scene earlier this year but speed painted it very recently during the Montmartre Art Fair in Tilburg, 2014
